Located in the heart of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, we specialize in raising cherished companion dogs of two heart-warming breeds: the spirited, fearless little Chihuahua and the loyal, playful and soulful Miniature Dachshund.

Our Beginning
Our journey began with a simple yet profound affection for these tiny-hearted dogs. We were drawn to the Chihuahua’s vivacious spark and big personality in a small body—and equally drawn to the Miniature Dachshund’s cheerful loyalty, curious nature and endless capacity for companionship. From that spark grew a commitment: to raise dogs not just for the sake of raising them—but to raise them with purpose, with heart, and with the highest regard for their lifelong well-being.
Raising Puppies With Purpose
Every puppy in our care receives daily attention, playtime and gentle guidance. From the moment they arrive, they are introduced to loving human contact, novel textures, sounds and environments—so that by the time they meet you, they’re curious, well-rounded and ready for life’s new adventures.We begin crate-training, leash-training and basic socialization while the puppies are still with us, giving them a strong foundation for living in a home environment. Our goal is simple: healthy, happy puppies who become treasured family members—and that start means love, structure and interaction from day one.

Located near Honey Brook, PA, Redtop Canine is family-run, where every puppy is raised inside the home — not in a kennel. Our property is where our dogs live, play, and grow alongside our family, giving them a strong foundation of comfort and real-life experiences from day one.
We proudly welcome families near and far. Because our program is intentionally small, visits and placements are scheduled in advance through our waitlist.
Health first — always
Every breed we raise comes with its own known health considerations, and we take them seriously. We are intentional about our dam and sire pairings, and both parents complete health screening before any litter is planned.
